Hi, I’m Kim Fincham, founder of Potential2Thrive.

I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves, recognize the value they bring, and move forward with greater confidence and direction.
Throughout my corporate career, I worked alongside individuals, leaders and teams through growth, change and transformation. I saw firsthand what helps people thrive, what can get in their way, and the difference it makes when people feel understood, valued and able to use what comes naturally to them.
Today, I bring together my experience in HR, career development, leadership, team effectiveness and strengths-based coaching to support people navigating career change, developing as leaders or building stronger teams.
My approach is warm, practical and personal. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions and provide tools and insights that help people make sense of where they are and take meaningful action toward where they want to go.
MY PURPOSE IS SIMPLE: "HELP OTHERS SUMMIT"
To me, summiting means helping people reach more of their potential, not by trying to become someone different, but by better understanding who they are, recognizing what they bring, and using it with greater intention.
I want the individuals, leaders and teams I work with to gain clarity about where they are, confidence in what they bring, and direction for where they want to go next.
Through thoughtful coaching, practical tools and purposeful action, my goal is to help people move beyond insight, build lasting growth and move forward in a way that feels authentic to them.
